Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. SilverSneakers® – Cardio Circuit Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises. Group Power Group Power is your hour of power! This 60-minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors! Cardio Kickboxing Bring your water bottles! This class incorporates basic martial arts moves and techniques. Not only do you learn basic self-defense moves, but you also get a great cardio workout! No prior kickboxing experience needed! Body Balance Strengthen the body’s stabilizers for improved balance, agility, flexibility and control. The “core” includes the Abdominal Wall, Back and Glutes and works as our body’s balancing system. This class is perfect for the mature adult, individuals just starting to work out or for anyone who may need a change in their core strengthening exercises. This class uses choice exercise implements but mainly relies on the body weight and is a low-impact class. Kick Step This is a unique mix of two awesome workouts! Not your usual Step Aerobic or Kick Boxing format, the combination of the two styles is easy to learn as well as fun to take. The intensity of this workout is varied throughout the class with both high and low intensity for all levels of participants. KickStep is combined to bring you the energy of step with the control of Kick Boxing. Body Sculpt Join us for 50-minutes of circuit-strength training. In this class, you will utilize dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, mats as well as your own body weight for a non-stop, low impact workout. This class offers a complete body workout, targeting all the muscles groups, toning, building and defining while training in circuit style for maximum low-impact cardio results! Pilates Body Sculpt Appropriate for all fitness levels, this class is a relaxing, rejuvenating and fulfilling experience. Each class includes a warm up, work and cool down phase with a final stretch. All five components of fitness (cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, body composition and flexibility) are included in this 60-minute session. Come relieve stress and relax! Cardio Interval Keep your heart pumping in this low impact, hi intensity workout. We will alternate between upbeat floor cardio then blast our way through hi intensity calorie burning intervals. The upbeat music and fun moves will have you smiling through the burn! All fitness levels welcome.
